Steve the main problem is having the engine in secure enough so that I don't rip it out when I pull on the start cord. And the engine was never designed to power a boat so all parts need bits made up for it which is the main trouble with the exhaust. Very non standard fixing points means model boat bits have to be reshaped and drilled or I take the ideas like the engine mount from other models and make my own version to fit the boat and engine.
Its a great project but with all these things people and events conspire to take up all your available time. Like your work bench freezer packing up and needing imediate attention.
