Re: Submarine Museum Visit

Steve, I think all this should go under a different heading like "Events planned for 2007"

by the way what about the curry night in December, I know a good Curry House in Billingshurst if this is not too far for most.

Re: Submarine Museum Visit

Andre,

Sorry to tag all this in this thred I will split it up.

Proposed things and then each thing on its own when and IF it gets enough interest.

I think we should try to get a december curry night up.

Anyone interested and where should we hold it.

Some poeple like Ian are right out there in Reading.

Some are in Iceland, some in Poland....

Curry night

Ok guys thanks for thinking of us people stuck miles from the sea,

how about meeting up in London on a friday for a curry and few beers
we all i guess live close to train stations and means we can all have a drink and enjoy
we had a fantastic pontoontalk xmas party thanks to Andre

What with it being the festive season sure we could extend to another meal
but sure we do not need an excuse for a curry and few bears.

If we are to arrange before xmas we only really have 2 fridays left the 8th and the 15th.

Does anyone know of a good place to eat ???

Re: Submarine Museum Visit

I don't want to be a wet blanket here but I'm pretty tied up with Christmassy things over the next couple of weekends. Any rumours you hear that suggest Mary has organised me running around delivering pressies and relatives visiting are total bunkam. I will be very busy doing manly tasks of my choosing.

Could we see the 'new year' in with a curry? (it would help with the manly tasks bit!!)

Submarine Museum Visit JAN

Any preferred dates for JAN then.

Are we going buy boats . Can we do that?

Wives, kids up for that too?

Are we wondering off for a pint afterwards?
