Re: The best of both boats and parties

We were on it last year and can confirm the parties are brilliant.
Oh and the boating wasn't bad either.
Came back on trailer though as we borke the boat in France on the Friday.
Got back to Poole on the saturday so as not to miss the last night Party.

Re: The best of both boats and parties

Apart from Bandits impressive Revenger, there seems to be an awful lot of Honda ffs 150's.

Must be party animals!!

Re: The best of both boats and parties

There wern't any Honda's on the rally. Believe it or not the most popular boat was the Revenger. The Ocean Dragon racing 29 with twin 225. a 27 with single 280hp racing merc and a rib based on a revenger from Gurnsey.
the other boats ranged from Sunseakers to Cranchis and a fairy Swordsman (something like that)
This rally needs and would be far better with more muscle boats, however i think the concept is good especially if you like a drink. next year i believe its main sponser will be a Champagne company so even better value.

Re: The best of both boats and parties

Think i have seen the figure of 1500 for a crew of 2 then 550 per extra person

But the extra's are the hotels and of course fuel.

The 1500 covers entry and Parties
