No not think i would even go near a petrol tank with a welding torch

what is so special about the plywood for that price....................

Genuine marine ply is about three times the price of ordinary ply. I don't know why its so expensive, how much is waterproof glue?. It cost me about the same to put flooring in my old boat.

Fuel tank back in and we also put in support to the dashboard.

Painting job next two evenings..............

Bogi,
That dashboard support is going to come away at the top first wave you hit. It looks like you just glued it on the front rather than supporting the underside.

On the back it has aluminium plate which mounts to the floor as well as to the wood behind the dashboard then glassed all over.

Jón Baldur completed the paintwork tonight and tomorrow we will take the masks off tomorrow and tomorrow evening the lift will be put on again as well will we put the lift further back by 10 cm.....

Few pics after taking away the masking paper/plastic.

The lift will be back on tomorrow as well as putting it further back by 10 cm.
