Re: time to sell house and buy a new boat!

Will be at Southampton boat show

will have to be a sunday this year as Simon can not get Saturdays off.

Was speaking with Adrian at the marina today asking advice.

A Bladerunner or a Hunton....................................

He was of the opion that the Hunton wins hands down.

The bladerunner is a 1 off boat but lacks a bit of practicality.

Or is it we all visit the sail boat stands this year with Steve,

I seem to remember that at London he was spotted looking over the rag and sticks.....this is very worrying now he has taken a sailing holiday.

Anyway how was it Steve and did you pass ?????????????

Re: time to sell house and buy a new boat!

Well to life.

2 days before we were due to exchange on the house my buyer pulls out

Have had to cancel the order on the Hunton for the time being. Hopefully can find buyer quickly and get things back on track.

have to say that Martin @ Hunton was very understanding and is will to work with me to still have a boat for next season
Subject of course to house sale.

Still not sold

2 Estate agents now working on trying to sell it.
1 has sent out 402 sets of details and managed to get "1" viewing

They all say they have tlots of people lined up to buy.............................. But they now both just can not understand.

1 day it will go. or like Robbie will wait for the lottery win to come up.

Up Date

3rd July 2007.

After nearly a year i have withdrawn the house from sale.

will be re-advertising it in September time or may be after the new year.

So Scooby Dooo is not to be sold just yet

The house will remain on the estate agents books but not be marketed on either internet or local paper. BUT if someone that has sold and is after my style of house then it will be available for a viewing.
