Ring Ranger 25 - Southampton Dry Stack

Had a great run from Southampton to IOW with Mike Ring today. We were in his new Ring Ranger and went from Yarmouth, back to Cowes for lunch before returning back to Southampton drystack. The boat has a 300hp Mercury Verado, which seemed to suit the boat well, and produced a very respectable top speed of 60.3 mph with 5 crew and 180 litres of fuel.

Sits nice in the water.

He's really into the Console thing.

That hull would make a nice bow rider, walk through dash with toilet inside.

Would need a door to get to the toilet though....

Interesting layout. Very different from the open deck 25 at LM with the twin Hondas.
It's a very striking boat with beautifully laidup gelcoat (very very shiny).
What is actually in the cabinie bit at the front Graham?

Love the black hull.
would however prefer the deck to be in a different colour than white.

How does this compare to the ranger at LH?

It does look nice.

I understand the Ranger at LM has been sold now ................

Open deck, twin Honda 130's, and I have to say not wonderfully looked after. It must have been quite fast though, I think Adrian rigged it out.

Same hull on the Ranger as your 25 I assume Graham?
