Re: Me boats

welcome to the forum.
a mix of boats there.
How do you get time to use them all. The weather here for the last few years has made it hard to get out even in 1 boat !

thanks for you kind words on T 15, sorry the spray rails are not typical Tremlett, these are our own "design" , in 1973 we bought the hull as a stage 1 bare hull & then we cold moulded the transom, deck & outboard well onto the hull before finishing the "fitout", the spray rails we bonded onto the existing ones as we felt that the "original" rails were too small & light & not turned down or horizontal, this alteration to the spray rails had worked so well on the first Tremlett we fitted out ( in 1971 as a Class 3A raceboat see below) that we decided to add them to T 15, I have the original Tremlett Brochures from late 60s>73

sorry for the 2nd reply but my other post was too long

the rally in Cardiff is held in mid August by CMBA www.cmba-uk.com

last year was our 7th rally in Cardiff Bay, I have been at 4 & have been a member since 1999 attending their rallies in England, Wales & Scotland.
Cardiff is currently our main rally of the year & we would have upto 45 boats on the water plus a static display, Cardiff is a great location for the rally, the Harbour Authority & Cardiff Yacht Club really look after us. Next years date in not fixed yet.

talk again........

Re: Me boats

I had a 21 sportsman with Castoldi Jet.

Used it like a drag car, bolted a pair of steels in front of the Jet and just kept building engines, bolting them in and blowing them up.

Good CHEAP times!

Re: Me boats

Hmm Yum look at them Rails.

I've got pic of the dastardly machine somewhere. Was about 200HP with a 3.5 Rover v8 and straight through Pipes.
It was so light with the rover, and no outdrive to lock it into the water, a breeze could blow it off course.

Your a bit of tremlett fan then?
