Mandatory Licensing

Is that it now? Did these people loose there lives in vain. Was it an acceptable risk. Is the freedom to act responsibly now scuppered?

Think we need to wait and see what comes out from the investigation,

Mandatory Licensing

Well every boat has to depart and arrive. Maybe make license monitoring the job of marinas and harbour boards. Make 3rd party insurance compulsory and refuse a policy without a valid license. None of it favourable with me! Not using a kill cord should be an offence for sure.
