Nick, make yourself known to us when you are down at LA. We will be the guys going out to sea when others have to enjoy a cup of coffee. Did I say enjoy? sorry I meant drink a cup of coffee.
I am not even going to mention tea cos I could write a book about the cafe's tea making skills

Re: Submarine Museum Visit

I would be interested in coming along, bit of a trek by boat for me only about 1-2 miles down through the harbour but then I have to allow for a 2 hr search when I get there!!

Let me know when and I will come out and meet you, give me chance to warm the engines up

Re: Submarine Museum Visit

If you lot ran around in sensible boats you wouldnt have to wear crash helmets.

Much more of that and it will be compulsory for all of us before you know it

But when it gets really bad they bring out the big orange hard boats !!

By the way I'm up for all the visits, but going on past experience I won't see any of you lot when I'm there.

Re: Submarine Museum Visit

Les,

I finish at 1 on a friday afternoon and will probably be down at LA Marina by about 2 as i have a couple of things to do.

Lets see if we can meet up for a coffee .............. failing that i will probably take Thomas, my little boy, up the river for a quick ride on Saturday morning if the weather holds off .............

Rob / Steve,

Just make sure you have your puntchure repair kit in your emergency grab bag so we can save there butts when they need us most ....................

All .... thanks for making me feel wellcome. It was a big plunge buying a boat but we have certenly enjoyed every minute so far

Nick
